The jewelry you purchase is handmade, from start to finish from basic metal profiles that have been assembled and shaped together and without the use of commercial manufacturing methods. Pure silver comes as a soft metal that is a natural resource in the earth. In order to make jewelry from it, various metals are added to it until a silver alloy known as sterling silver or 925 silver (contains 92.5% pure silver) is obtained, which is considered a luxury metal intended for work and design of silver jewelry.

Yes. If the jewelry turns black, it is a sign that it is pure silver jewelry that naturally oxidizes. There is nothing to panic about.

Dip a dry cloth into bleach and run it gently over the jewelry, rinsing with water and dry.
After cleaning the piece of jewelry, the next step is to maintain it on a daily basis:
– Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams on the jewelry.
– Before entering the sea, shower or pool, it is advisable to remove it.
– Avoid washing dishes while you have the jewelry on.

We accept all types of credit cards (except American Express) and you can pay through PayPal.

Definitely! Immediately upon receipt of the payment, you will receive to your email an order confirmation with details of the order components.

You can cancel the order or update the order address up to 12 hours from the date of the order. After that, the order will already be delivered to the distribution company and unfortunately from the moment of delivery we can not redirect the package to another address or cancel.

Please note the delivery time indicated on the website is usually between 7 – 14 business days (during unusual peak periods such as November-Jan holidays there may be a further delay).

Just before delivery of your package, you will receive a text message and a number to track the package. Please check and follow the current updates.

If the delivery time has passed or the status of the package is not updated for a long time, please contact us in one of the ways that is convenient for you.

Secure transactions as required by credit card processing companies and in addition, we do not have access to credit card data because it is processed directly in front of the credit card company terminal.

Shipments:

The order will arrive with a courier to your door and the distribution company will coordinate the delivery with you beforehand.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped or processed then unfortunately we are unable to update this address.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes earlier. You will receive an email immediately upon transfer of the order to the distribution company. Please make sure that our email [email protected] is in the permit list and not in your SPAM / JUNK box in case it gets there. If you do not find this email, please contact [email protected] and ask us to send it again, we will be happy to do so.

We will be happy to help! Please send photos to [email protected] and a video of the damage within 48 hours of the package arriving and we will offer a solution as soon as possible.

Delivery time is usually about 7-14 business days. In exceptional cases there may be delays that are not dependent on us, such as lack of stock and special production, due to the weather conditions, the corona epidemic and its restrictions and so on.

The order is sent directly from our factory abroad or from our warehouse in USA (depending on the available stock).

Customer Service:

If you want to exchange an item you bought, please contact us by email before sending the item. Upon approval you can send the item to our offices within two business days from the day you received it if the item was not used and the vacuum packaging was not opened. Please send it by registered mail only to the address given after contacting us. Without contact, replacement will not be possible. The item should be shipped with the original packaging which it arrived.

The cost of shipping the item to our office is at the buyer’s expense. As soon as we receive the item we will contact you. You can replace an item you bought with any other item on the site. Replacement will be possible if the item is not used and the vacuum packaging in which it arrived was not opened..
